The Library has three study rooms available that are perfect for small groups of 3 to 4 people. For more information and to reserve a study room, click here.

For larger groups, the Library has a a conference room that accomodates up to 10 people and a meeting room that accomodates 197 people.  See the Meeting Room Policy here

All meeting and conference room users fall into one of three user categories:

  1. Renters : defined as LYNX! Consortium Libraries cardholders age 18 or older.  Most groups and individuals renting the rooms fall into this category (including all commercial ventures).
  2. Not-for-Profit : groups whose mission serves an educational, cultural, charitable, political or civic purpose.  Not-for-Profit groups include 501(c)3, 501(c)4, 501(c)5, 501(c)6, 501(c)7, and 501(c)8 corporations, as well as unincorporated associations, groups or clubs.  Commercial venture of any kind are excluded from this classification.
  3. Partners : groups whose mission closely matches that of the Library, serve the Cityof Eagle in a similar way to the Library, or assist the Library in carrying out its own mission.  This category includes the Friends of the Eagle Public Library and governmental bodies which are located within the City.

The Library may require proof of non-profit status to qualify for free room use. When required to qualify for non-profit status use of the room, a copy of the organization's 501(c)3, 501(c)4, 501(c)5, 501(c)6, 501(c)7, or 501(c)8 certification must be on file with the Library no later than 7 (seven) days prior to the reserved date.  Certificate copies may be mailed or hand develiered to the Library (100 N Stierman Way, Eagle, Idaho, 83616) or emailed to vprin@cityofeagle.org.  Failure to provide the certificate by at least 7 (seven) days prior to the reserved date will result in cancellation of the reservation.

Room use rental fees are based on the above defined user groups.  All fees are non-refundable.  While rooms may be reserved in one hour blocks, the minimum rental period is two hours.

All room reservation fees must be received by the Eagle Public Library 7 (seven) days prior to the reserved date. Failure to pay fees 7 (seven) days prior to the reserved date will result in cancellation of the reservation.
